Prove Yourself!

Galatians 6:4
[4]But let every person carefully scrutinize and examine and test his own conduct and his own work. He can then have the personal satisfaction and joy of doing something commendable [in itself alone] without [resorting to] boastful comparison with his neighbour.

Excellence which is based on other people is stressful and pressurising. You are always out to prove to your competitor that you’re the best. If anything goes wrong you’re always quick to look for the public impact of things while neglecting the effects on your emotions, psychology, spirituality, esteem etc.
The right superiority is when you excel and rejoice in yourself, being the best in your own capabilities. There is no superiority in pulling others down in order to get up.
We live in a world where competition is everywhere, but how you approach this competition is what will make you different. If your business is going to beat competition it also has to a masterpiece in your eyes and a solution in the eyes of your clients, it’s not just about irritating your competition. If you’re going to be famous, be happy with your fame don’t lose your identity for the sake of getting fans.
At the end of the day, every person shall carry his or her own burden. How sad it will be if you’re heavy laden with discouraging and misleading public opinion.
Pride in YOU, not in being “Better than…” another, for better is relative to purpose.
